1. Jeigu norėsite grąžinti ar pakeisti įsigytą prekę, tai galėsite padaryti per 14 dienų nuo prekės atsiėmimo dienos.

2. Pinigai į pirkėjo nurodytą sąskaitą yra grąžinami per 5 darbo dienas.

3. Jeigu už prekes buvo mokėta bankiniu pavedimu ar siuntos atsiėmimo metu, pinigai yra grąžinami į grąžinimo akte nurodytą sąskaitą.

4. Jei buvo atsiskaityta mokėjimo kortele, pinigai grąžinami per pasirinktą sistemą į tą pačią sąskaitą.

5. Pirkėjui grąžinant prekes, būtina laikytis šių sąlygų: grąžinama prekė turi būti originalioje tvarkingoje pakuotėje; prekė turi būti nesugadinta; prekė turi būti nenaudota, nepraradusi prekinės išvaizdos (nepažeistos etiketės, nenuplėštos apsauginės plėvelės ir kt) (šis punktas netaikomas tuo atveju, kai grąžinama nekokybiška prekė); grąžinama prekė turi būti tos pačios komplektacijos, kokios Pirkėjas ją gavo.

6. Grąžinama prekė negali būti dėvėta, turi būti nesugadinta ir nepraradusi savo prekinės išvaizdos.

7. DĖMESIO: moteriški/vyriški apatiniai drabužiai, apatiniai marškiniai, maudymosi kostiumėliai, maudymosi drabužiai, pėdkelnės, kojinės, puskojinės, naktiniai marškiniai, pižamos, liemenėlės, juosmenys, korsetai, apatinis trikotažas ir panašūs gaminiai yra netinkami grąžinti ar keisti dėl sveikatos apsaugos ar higienos priežasčių pagal 6.22810 straipsnį.
NOTE: women’s/men’s underwear, undershirts, swimming suits, swimming clothes, tights, stockings, socks, knee-high socks, nightwear, pyjamas, bras, waist-bands, corsets, lingerie, and similar articles cannot be returned or exchange for health or hygiene reasons in accordance with Article 6.22810.
8. Kiekvienai prekei suteikiama tiekėjo garantija gamybiniam brokui ir kitiems defektams nesusijusiems su normaliu prekės naudojimu ir aplinkos poveikiu.

9. Galite grąžinti prekę ir pakeisti ją į kitą dydį arba modelį.
